I’m a national-level powerlifter who deadlifted 800 lbs raw at 22 years old — but strength alone doesn’t tell my whole story. I’ve spent years mastering performance, discipline, and recovery both inside and outside the gym.

In 2024, I faced serious health challenges: an enlarged fatty liver, prediabetes, and high blood pressure. I completely transformed my life — dropping over 50 lbs, reversing every issue, and rebuilding myself through relentless discipline, daily movement, and a carnivore lifestyle.

Now, I’m on a mission to help others do the same — to take control of their body, mindset, and routine. Whether you're chasing strength, healing from the inside out, or rebuilding your drive — you’re in the right place.
